The Most in Shape Men in Music
Who made the list of the biggest, buffest, or baddest men in music?
We have broke this down by genre: Rock/Metal, Rap/Hip-Hop, and Country/Pop
Rock/Metal
-
Greg Puciato: Dillinger Escape Plan is one of my favorite bands and outperforms any other band I’ve seen live. Greg Puciato (lead singer) stays in shape by destroying stages and kicking ass.
-
(Tie) Henry Rollins and Glenn Danzig: Both of these guys are still kicking ass in their 50’s and 60’s. Both were punk/metal masters who believed in hitting the gym and rocking your face off.
-
Adam Ryan: Adam is the lead singer of Before the Mourning. Adam is a beast! I have worked with Adam with his nutrition and training and he is a warrior! Check them out on tour with Fear Factory this summer/fall!
Honorable Mention: Iggy pop and Anthony Keidis.
Who Didn’t Make the List: Anyone wearing spandex pants with legs the size of my arm.
Rap/Hip-Hop

Melle Mel: This guy is in his 50’s and is huge! He helped bring Hip-Hop to the masses with the group Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.
-
LL Cool J: Ladies Love Cool James. LL Cool J has defied time by improving in physique as he aged.
-
Dr. Dre: Dr. Dre used to be big in a negative way, now he is just huge.
Honorable Mention: Busta Rhymes, Nelly, and 50 cent
Who Didn’t Make the List: Drake and his fake weights, Really Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross.
Country/Pop
Skinny is not buff. Skinny isn’t bad ass. Skinny is pathetic.

-
No One: There isn’t anyone that is considered buff, big, or bad that is in this genre.
