1st Phorm has patented a new Multi-Vitamin especially made to help you achieve your results in and out of the gym…
Everyone knows that a good multi-vitamin is hard to find. Most are cheap and ineffective. John Hopkins University released a study in 2013 that said at best, “multi-vitamins, at best, are a waste of money…”. There has been numerous studies, and I for one even wrote an article for Yahoo.com stating how I am against using multi-vitamins unless recommended by a doctor.
I have changed my opinion. When dieting hard and hitting the gym hard, you are in need of premium vitamins and minerals to keep the machine flowing. If you spend 4 or 5 days in the gym each week like me, then you need to treat your body like a Maserati and not a Chevy Aveo. Dieters, and people who train hard in the gym are prone to not getting enough of the vitamins they need.
I am very impressed with both M-Factor Hero and M-Factor Goddess….
I started off by comparing both M-Factors to the leading multi-vitamin, Centrum. I was shocked how under dosed Centrum is compared to both M-Factors. Vitamins and minerals that I am a huge fan of like the B Vitamins, Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Zinc, and more were dosed perfectly in the M-Factor products, and were very low in the Centrum products. What I also liked about the M-Factor products were the additional products that separated Hero from Goddess.
Hero offers several additional categories that feature anti-oxidants, amino acids, and male health products.
Goddess offers several additional categories that feature anti-oxidants, energy, fat burning capabilities, and mood enhancements.
Both products are only $24.99 for a 40 day supply. I would definitely encourage people training/dieting to consider adding these products to their daily supplements. You can purchase these products and more from 1st Phorm or through 1stphorm.com/nutritiontrain and receive free shipping on your entire order!
