Report: Will Grier tested positive to LGD-4033 (Ligandrol), What is that?

The University of Florida’s Stud Freshman Quarterback-Will Grier allegedly tested positive to Ligandrol (LGD-4033). What the hell is that?

Note: There has been some conflicting reports. Many people are saying that a product called L3 Terminus. L3 Terminus is a supplement with herbs and amino acids that raise testosterone levels in deficient males (mainly over 40). Supplements like this are also used after a steroid cycle to increase natural testosterone. I do not think that this is what he tested positive for. It is a good “escape goat” for someone who has tested positive for a banned substance. Think of this as Mark McGwire’s “Andro”.

One source is saying Will Grier gained over 43 pounds over the past year. For this to be mostly muscle, there is an overwhelming good chance that it is from a PED. Does that mean Will Grier took steroids?!?!?! Maybe Not…

There is a new breed of performance enhancing drugs that have been on the market for the last 5-10 years. These drugs are called “SARMS” or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. These drugs are currently in FDA testing to be alternatives to steroids for people suffering from muscle wasting, osteoporosis, or other conditions.

So far in clinical trials, many of these SARMS, including LGD-4033 have seen great results with little to no side effects. One of the biggest benefits of these drugs are the fact that they are orally active without any liver issues. Most orally active steroids that are out now have to bypass the liver and can be toxic. Results have been seen with extremely low dosages of LGD-4033.

Many bodybuilders are using SARMS, including LGD-4033 because of their lack of side effects and their positive results on gaining muscle, losing fat, and injury prevention. LGD-4033 has been called the most anabolic of the current group of SARMS.  SARMS, like LGD-4033 have been banned by most sports federations.

Should I take SARMS?

Absolutely not. SARMS could be great medications created to help people with osteoporosis and muscle wasting, but should not be taken until it receives FDA clearance and prescribed by a doctor.

Will Grier isn’t the only college athlete taking SARMS…

But he is the first big name player to be caught, and as a Florida Gator fan, I’m pissed!

Safe Alternatives?

Protein and Creatine is all a teenager needs to add quality muscle and strength.

  • First of all I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a
quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your
mind before writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.

I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
    Kudos!
